About the Play:
 Porridge is a 1970s classic BBC TV series, starring Ronnie Barker as Norman Stanley Fletcher (nicknamed Fletch). The strong supporting cast included Richard Beckinsale (as Leonard Arthur Godber) and David Jason (as Blanco). It is set in the fictional HMP Slade, a prison in a remote part of Northern England and follows the exploits of its inmates and staff.   This will be a staging of three episodes from the TV series - one from each of the three series.
