Tickets for all of the plays in our 2025-26 Season are now available on TicketSource.
The eagle eyed amongst you will notice that this year, we are asking you to pay a booking fee on your tickets. In previous years, this has been absorbed by the theatre. Last year, we paid £616 to TicketSource for the three plays that were able to go ahead, so in a typical season this fee comes to well over £1,000.
The cost of replacing the theatre’s roof has taken all of our cash reserves, but it’s absolutely essential both to ensure the safety of our members and patrons and as a condition of our lease. This, along with the ever-increasing costs associated with keeping the theatre running, means that it is no longer financially viable to absorb the booking fee. We hope you’ll agree that it’s worth it to keep the theatre open.
If you would like to avoid paying the booking fee you are, of course, welcome to buy your tickets directly from us on the door.
Tickets for all of our plays cost £14. EAT members get a £2 discount on one ticket for each production. This keeps us in line with other theatres in the local area and is, of course, an absolute bargain compared to West End prices!
We’re really looking forward to welcoming you to the EAT for our 50th Anniversary Season.
