Ring Round the Moon
by Jean Anouilh
Adapted by Christopher Fry

Directed by Steve Marshall

6-13 October 1979 (7 performances)

Set in a Winter Garden in spring, the play concerns two twins - cold, manipulative playboy Horace, and his sensitive brother Frédéric. Frédéric is madly in love with Diana, the spoiled daughter of a self-made millionaire. She herself wants Horace, as his impenetrability teases her. In order to show to Frédéric that Diana is not worth his attentions, Horace invites Isabelle to a ball , a lower-class dancer, whom he transforms into an aristocratic beauty...
